All agencies that sell 2 villas in DOMINION LUXURY within a 30-day period will receive a 10% commission.
The first villa sold will be paid with a 7% commission.
Upon closing the second sale within the 30-day period, the commission will increase to 10% and an additional 3% bonus will be granted on that second sale.
All subsequent sales made within the same 30-day period will maintain the 10% commission.
If only 1 villa is sold, the benefits remain at 7%.
Important:
Discounted offers do not qualify for the 10% commission.
Sales with financing, whether through the owner or a bank, also do not qualify for this benefit.
The 10% commission payment only applies to cash sales with prices between $199,000 and $250,000 USD, corresponding to:
2-bedroom villas at $199,000 USD
3-bedroom villas at $250,000 USD
Special bonus:
